Wake Up Coffee Shipping Policies

1. Free Shipping in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands

We offer free shipping for orders that meet the following conditions:

Free shipping: The total order amount must be equal to or greater than €39.99, applicable only to Wake Up Coffee brand coffee products.

Eligible locations:

  • Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
  • Balearic Islands

Exceptions:

  • This promotion does not apply to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
  • Orders including third-party products or items not belonging to Wake Up Coffee are not eligible.

2. Free Shipping in Europe

For our European customers, we offer free shipping under the following conditions:

Free shipping: Orders must total €70.00 or more, applicable only to Wake Up Coffee brand coffee products.

Included countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

Restrictions:

  • This benefit applies exclusively to Wake Up Coffee products.
  • The total order value is calculated before applying discounts or promotions.

3. Logistics Provider and Delivery Times

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with SEUR, a leading logistics provider.

Shipping times:

  • Spain and Portugal (Peninsula & Balearic Islands):
    Delivery within 24–48 hours from dispatch.
  • Europe:
    Delivery within 48–96 hours, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, logistical issues, weather conditions, customs processes, or seasonal demand.


4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped on the following business days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Daily cut-off time: Orders confirmed before 12:00 p.m. (local time) are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next shipping day.

Public holidays may cause delays in processing and shipping.


5. Shipments Outside the Iberian Peninsula

For destinations such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other European countries:

Duties and taxes:

  • Import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.


6. General Conditions

Wake Up Coffee reserves the right to modify or update these shipping policies at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the current terms before making a purchase.

Wake Up Coffee Return Policies

1. Eligible Products for Return

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of coffee beans or ground coffee, except in the following cases:

  • Logistics error: Loss or damage caused by the courier or third parties.
  • Shipping error by Wake Up Coffee: Incorrect product received.

2. Return Conditions

To request a return, the following must apply:

  • Claim period: Within 14 calendar days from delivery.
  • Product condition:
    • If defective → photo or video evidence required
    • Include shipping label and description of the issue
  • Unopened product: Required in case of shipping error

3. Return Process

To start a return:

Send an email to client@wakeupcoffee.es including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos)

Review:
Requests are evaluated within 2–5 business days.

If evidence is not provided, we cannot process exchanges or refunds.

Returns may be resolved by:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Product replacement (subject to availability)

4. Resolution Options

If approved, you may choose:

  • Replacement: Same or equivalent product at no extra cost
  • Refund: Partial or full refund via original payment method

5. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The request is made after 14 days
  • The reason is subjective dissatisfaction (taste, aroma, etc.)
  • The product is in perfect condition but no longer wanted
  • Shipping damage was not reported immediately
  • Delivery failed due to customer absence and the package is returned

6. Return Costs

  • Defective product or shipping error: Wake Up Coffee covers all costs
  • Other approved cases: Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
